I've always hated that 'Lizard in a Woman's Skin' one-sheet image. It makes the film out to be some kind of Gothic vampire movie! Fulci's best, by the way. :)
It is a pretty cheesy poster. The woman in the mini skirt has little resemblance to Florinda Bolkan.
