Argento is working with Adrien Brody. It has been so long since Argento made something that was worth his name. That crane shot in "Tenebre" of the house, in and out was one of the most amazing things I ever saw.
I find the combination of title and cast / setting odd. The title suggests something that would only appeal to those who already know what a giallo is and who Argento is, whereas the other aspects seem to suggest a more international thriller with a Polanski connection.
Maybe the intention is to draw the normal viewer in with the title and then, if they like the film, cement the Argento = Giallo association their mind and get them exploring the back catalogue?
